Tracking Your Swap Live: From Payment to Payout

Every AEXI swap gets a live status page — payment, merchant confirmation, AML check and payout — with explorer links at each step.

A Status Page for Every Swap

Every exchange gets a unique status page you can open any time. It shows where the swap sits in its lifecycle and what happens next — so you never wonder whether funds are stuck.

You reach it from the status tracker right after confirming the swap, and you can bookmark it to check later.

The Swap Lifecycle

A swap moves through defined stages: New → Paid (payment received) → Merchant Confirmation → Paid (merchant) → AML Check (on CEX routes) → Completed.

If something goes wrong the status flips to Cancelled, and the page explains why.

Live Updates at Every Hop

Multi-step routes show each hop progressing in real time: deposit confirmed, bridge locked, swap executed, payout sent.

Every step links out to the block explorer, so you can verify the transactions yourself on-chain.

The AML Stage

CEX-route swaps include an AML check stage. It usually completes in seconds automatically; if a wallet needs a closer look, the status shows "AML check" with a note to contact support.

This is the address-level screening from the AML guide — it protects the cleanliness of your payout.

If a Swap Gets Stuck

Most swaps finish in 1-5 minutes; cross-ecosystem routes take longer. If a status stops progressing, the page tells you what to do next — including contacting support via the official Telegram channel.

Because swaps are atomic, a failed route returns your funds instead of leaving them in limbo.
