Question 1

What is AEXI?

Accepted Answer

AEXI (Advanced Exchange Intelligence) is an AI-powered aggregator-of-aggregators that provides two core services: (1) cross-chain token swap and bridge routing via our AI engine, and (2) Stablecoin Exchange across multiple blockchains. AEXI pulls rates from 1inch, LI.FI, NEAR Intents, Jupiter (Solana DEX aggregator) and 55+ other DEX/bridge providers, then uses AI to pick the best route — optimizing for the best rate, lowest fees, and fastest execution across 86+ networks.

Question 2

What does AEXI stand for?

Accepted Answer

AEXI stands for Advanced Exchange Intelligence. The name reflects the platform's core idea: intelligent, automated exchange routing across aggregated liquidity.

Question 3

Which providers does AEXI use?

Accepted Answer

AEXI aggregates rates from 58+ providers: 1inch (DEX aggregator), LI.FI (cross-chain bridge aggregator), NEAR Intents (intent-based routing), Jupiter (Solana DEX aggregator), KyberSwap, and dozens of individual DEXs and bridges. The provider list grows regularly.

Question 4

Why use AEXI instead of 1inch or LI.FI directly?

Accepted Answer

Any single provider shows only routes within its own network. AEXI compares them all simultaneously across 86+ chains and executes the best one, which can result in a lower total cost than using any single provider. On top of routing you get atomic execution, Stablecoin Exchange, and limit orders.

Question 5

Which wallets are supported?

Accepted Answer

AEXI supports all major Web3 wallets including MetaMask, Trust Wallet, Coinbase Wallet, Rainbow, and any WalletConnect-compatible wallet. For the Stablecoin Exchange, you can also connect via Reown AppKit which supports additional wallet providers.

Question 6

Is AEXI secure?

Accepted Answer

AEXI is non-custodial — we never hold your funds. All transactions are signed by your wallet. We implement rate limiting on all endpoints, CSP security headers, Zod validation on all inputs, multi-factor authentication for sensitive operations, and regular security audits.

Question 7

Do I need to create an account?

Accepted Answer

No. AEXI is a non-custodial platform. Simply connect your wallet and start using the service. No email, no password, no KYC for basic swaps. KYC/AML checks apply to Stablecoin Exchange deposits.

Question 8

What are the system requirements?

Accepted Answer

AEXI is a web application that runs in any modern browser. You need a Web3 wallet (browser extension or mobile app) connected to the internet. No software installation required.

Question 9

How do I contact support?

Accepted Answer

Telegram: t.me/aexisupport — for real-time support and questions.
Email: support@aexi.cc — for formal inquiries and documentation.

Question 10

What is @aexiaibot?

Accepted Answer

@aexiaibot is the official AEXI Telegram bot with a Telegram Mini App that opens the AEXI interface right inside the chat. Send /start to connect your contact, get status updates for your Stablecoin Exchange orders, and run /history to review recent requests. Human support remains available at t.me/aexisupport.

Question 11

How do I get notified about my exchange?

Accepted Answer

Press /start on @aexiaibot in Telegram so your contact is linked to your orders. The bot then sends you instant status updates when your payment is detected, while your exchange is processing, and once it completes. You can also check any request by its ID at /request.

Question 12

What is AEXI Swap?

Accepted Answer

AEXI Swap is an AI-powered cross-chain routing engine. It analyzes thousands of possible routes across 86+ blockchain networks and automatically executes the most efficient one for your token swap — optimizing for price, gas, fees, speed, liquidity, reliability, execution success, and route complexity simultaneously.

Question 13

How does the AI routing work?

Accepted Answer

When you submit a swap, AEXI's engine evaluates eight dimensions in real time: price impact, gas cost, protocol fees, execution speed, available liquidity, route reliability, historical execution success rate, and route complexity. It then selects the optimal path — which may route through multiple DEXs or bridges — and executes it automatically. The result: better rates than manual routing, every time.

Question 14

Which chains are supported?

Accepted Answer

AEXI supports 86+ blockchain networks including Ethereum, Arbitrum, Optimism, Base, Polygon, BSC, Avalanche, Cosmos, Solana, and many more. New chains are added regularly as liquidity and bridge support expand.

Question 15

Is AEXI non-custodial?

Accepted Answer

Yes. AEXI never holds, controls, or has access to your funds at any point. All transactions are signed and executed directly from your connected wallet. The routing engine only proposes and executes paths — your keys, your crypto.

Question 16

What are the fees?

Accepted Answer

AEXI charges 0.1–0.3% optimization fee on successful swaps only — no hidden costs, no subscription, no charges for failed transactions. Because AEXI aggregates rates from 1inch, LI.FI, NEAR Intents, Jupiter (Solana DEX aggregator) and 55+ other providers, the AI routing often finds a cheaper total cost than using any single provider. The exact fee is shown in the route preview before you confirm.

Question 17

How long does a swap take?

Accepted Answer

Swap time depends on the source and destination chains. Same-chain swaps (e.g., ETH on Ethereum → USDC on Ethereum) typically complete in 15–60 seconds. Cross-chain bridges may take 1–5 minutes depending on the destination chain's block confirmation time and bridge processing.

Question 18

What happens if a swap fails?

Accepted Answer

If a swap fails at any stage, your funds remain in your original wallet. AEXI does not take custody during the process. Failed transactions are reported with details so you can retry or adjust parameters. No funds are lost on failed swaps.

Question 19

Can I swap from/to TRON?

Accepted Answer

Yes. AEXI supports TRON (TRC-20) for cross-chain swaps. You can send USDT, TRX or other TRON tokens and receive on Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base, Optimism, Polygon, BSC, Avalanche, Solana, TON, Sui and more. The AI routing engine finds the best path automatically.

Question 20

What wallets work with TRON?

Accepted Answer

TronLink, Trust Wallet, imToken, TokenPocket and any WalletConnect-compatible wallet with TRON support. Simply connect your wallet in the AEXI swap interface — it detects TRON support automatically.

Question 21

How long does a TRON swap take?

Accepted Answer

TRON block time is ~3 seconds. Cross-chain swaps involving TRON typically complete in 1–3 minutes total, including bridge settlement on the destination chain.

Question 22

Does AEXI support limit orders and DCA?

Accepted Answer

AEXI currently executes swaps at market rates — there is no native limit-order book. However, limit-style entries and dollar-cost averaging (buying a fixed amount of ETH, WBTC or SOL on a schedule) are fully doable: set price levels you watch for and execute manually when they trigger, or automate a recurring swap with calendar reminders. Many traders build positions this way — see the "Limit Orders & DCA" guide.

Question 23

How does the Stablecoin Exchange work?

Accepted Answer

The Stablecoin Exchange allows you to convert between USDT and USDC across multiple blockchains. You select the token you want to send, the token you want to receive, and the amount. AEXI finds the best route — either through CEX (centralized exchange) or DEX (decentralized exchange) — and provides you with a payment address and QR code.

Question 24

What is the difference between CEX and DEX routes?

Accepted Answer

CEX routes use centralized exchange liquidity — they're typically faster (1–5 minutes after payment confirmation) and may offer better rates for larger amounts. DEX routes use decentralized exchange liquidity on-chain — they're fully on-chain and don't rely on centralized infrastructure, but may have higher gas costs. Both options are shown when available so you can choose.

Question 25

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

After creating an exchange request, you'll see a QR code and wallet address. Send the exact amount of the token you selected to that address. You can pay from any compatible wallet (MetaMask, Trust Wallet, etc.). Once your payment is detected on-chain, the system automatically verifies it and begins processing your exchange.

Question 26

What happens after I send payment?

Accepted Answer

1) Your payment is detected on-chain via blockchain monitoring.
2) The system waits for the required number of block confirmations (varies by chain — typically 12–35 confirmations).
3) Payment is classified: exact amount, overpayment, or underpayment.
4) If exact or overpayment — processing begins automatically.
5) If underpayment — you receive a proportional amount of the output token.
6) If wrong token detected — the transaction is flagged and not auto-confirmed.
7) You receive your exchanged tokens at the destination address.

Question 27

What if I send the wrong token?

Accepted Answer

If you send a token that doesn't match the expected token for your exchange request, the system detects this automatically and will not auto-confirm the transaction. You'll see a clear error message. Contact support via Telegram (t.me/aexisupport) to arrange a manual review and potential return of funds.

Question 28

What if I send less than the required amount?

Accepted Answer

Underpayments are handled gracefully. The system detects the actual amount received and automatically recalculates your exchange. You'll receive a proportional amount of the output token based on what was actually sent. A recalculation notice is shown so you're aware of the adjusted amount.

Question 29

What if I send more than required?

Accepted Answer

Overpayments are also handled automatically. The system detects the actual amount and recalculates your exchange based on the higher input. You'll receive a proportional amount of the output token. A recalculation notice is shown.

Question 30

What are the minimum and maximum amounts?

Accepted Answer

For the Stablecoin Exchange (USDT/USDC): minimum 15 USDT/USDC, maximum 100,000 USDT/USDC. Exchange fee depends on the amount:

• $15 – $999: $3 fixed fee
• $1,000 – $9,999: 0.2%
• $10,000 – $49,999: 0.15%
• $50,000 – $100,000: 0.1%

The exact fee is shown before you confirm the exchange.

For Swap & Bridge, minimum amounts are individual and depend on the selected token pair — the exact minimum is shown in the route preview before you confirm.

Question 31

Which chains are supported for the Stablecoin Exchange?

Accepted Answer

USDT and USDC are supported across multiple chains: Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, BSC, Avalanche, Base, Optimism, and Tron. You can exchange between any supported chain pair — e.g., USDT on Ethereum → USDC on Arbitrum.

Question 32

How long does the exchange take?

Accepted Answer

After payment is confirmed on-chain, exchanges typically complete within 1–5 minutes. CEX routes are generally faster. The total time depends on: (1) how quickly you send payment, (2) the required block confirmations for your source chain, (3) the processing and payout time for the selected route.

Question 33

How many block confirmations are required per chain?

Accepted Answer

Required block confirmations by source chain: Ethereum — 14, Polygon — 100, BSC — 15, Avalanche — 3, Gnosis — 15, Tron — 19. L2 networks (Arbitrum, Base, Optimism, Scroll, Linea, zkSync Era, Mantle, Celo, Mode, Arbitrum Nova, opBNB) require just 1 confirmation each, since they settle on their parent chain.

Question 34

What is the AML/KYC requirement?

Accepted Answer

All Stablecoin Exchange deposits must come from wallets with an AML risk score of 50% or lower, verified through amlbot.com. You must conduct an AML check no later than 3 minutes before payment. Each check is individual, even for the same wallet. Wallets flagged with high-risk scores are rejected, with refunds issued to the originating wallet — in 99% of cases within 5 minutes after we get in touch with the client, and within 3 business days in any case. Read the full policy at /aml-kyc.

Question 35

Can I exchange the same token within one network?

Accepted Answer

Yes. In the Stablecoin Exchange you can exchange identical tokens on the same network — for example, USDT to USDT on Tron — without any restrictions. Select the same token for sending and receiving, pick the network, and complete the exchange as usual.

Question 36

Do I need to connect a wallet for the Stablecoin Exchange?

Accepted Answer

No. The Stablecoin Exchange is wallet-free — you do not connect a wallet to use it. Create a request, enter the recipient address, send the exact amount to the payment address shown (QR code or address), and the exchanged tokens are delivered to the recipient address. Payment may come from any wallet. Cross-chain Swap & Bridge, by contrast, runs from your connected wallet.

Question 37

Are my Stablecoin Exchange payments linked to each other?

Accepted Answer

Each exchange request is a standalone operation. AEXI does not create an account or a profile, so payments are not collected into a dashboard tied to the customer's identity. For AML compliance every deposit is screened individually via amlbot.com — wallet, amount, IP and contact are shared on a transaction-by-transaction basis for risk scoring.

Question 38

What happens if my exchange cannot be completed?

Accepted Answer

If an exchange cannot be completed — for example the deposit wallet fails the automatic AML risk check — the deposit is refunded to the originating wallet, minus blockchain network fees. In 99% of cases the refund completes within 5 minutes after we get in touch with the client to confirm it; all refunds are finalized within 3 business days. Refunds follow the procedures in the AML/KYC Policy.

Question 39

What personal data does AEXI collect?

Accepted Answer

AEXI collects minimal data: public wallet addresses, on-chain transaction data (public on blockchain), exchange request data for Stablecoin Exchange (payment address, token pair, amount, networks, status), technical data (IP, browser, device), essential cookies, and support communications. AEXI never collects private keys, seed phrases, or government-issued ID for swaps.

Question 40

Does AEXI sell my personal data?

Accepted Answer

No. AEXI does not sell, rent, or monetize your personal data. Analytics, where used, are aggregated and anonymized. The only data shared with third parties is what is necessary to operate the service: liquidity providers receive route data, wallet providers receive public addresses, and amlbot.com receives wallet addresses for AML screening.

Question 41

How long does AEXI keep my data?

Accepted Answer

Retention periods vary by data type: Swap & Bridge metadata is deleted shortly after transaction completion. Stablecoin Exchange data is retained for service operation and compliance. AML/KYC data is retained for 3 years from submission (deletable after 1 year if no pending investigations). Support communications are retained for up to 2 years. Technical logs (IP, browser) are retained for up to 90 days.

Question 42

Can I request deletion of my data?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR), you can request access, correction, erasure, portability, or restriction of your personal data. AML/KYC data can be deleted after 1 year from payment, provided no pending requests exist. Contact support@aexi.cc or t.me/aexisupport. We respond within 4 weeks.

Question 43

Does AEXI comply with GDPR?

Accepted Answer

Yes. AEXI processes data under GDPR-compatible legal bases: contractual necessity (wallet/transaction data for service), legitimate interest (technical data for security), legal obligation (AML/KYC), and consent where required. You have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, port data, and lodge complaints with your data protection authority.

Question 44

Does AEXI transfer data outside my country?

Accepted Answer

AEXI operates globally. Data may be processed in other countries through third-party providers. Transfers are protected by standard contractual clauses, data processing agreements, and technical/organizational security measures.

Question 45

What data is shared with amlbot.com?

Accepted Answer

For Stablecoin Exchange, AEXI shares with amlbot.com: wallet address, transaction amount, IP address, and contact information from the exchange request. Data is shared on a transaction-by-transaction basis for risk scoring. AML checks are conducted confidentially.

Question 46

Does AEXI collect data from minors?

Accepted Answer

No. The Platform is not intended for anyone under 18. AEXI does not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact support@aexi.cc immediately and we will delete it.

Question 47

What happens if there is a data breach?

Accepted Answer

AEXI will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours, notify affected individuals without undue delay for high-risk breaches, and document the breach, its effects, and remedial action taken.

Question 48

What legal basis does AEXI use for data processing?

Accepted Answer

AEXI uses four legal bases: (1) Contractual necessity — wallet and transaction data to provide the service. (2) Legitimate interest — technical data for security and fraud prevention. (3) Legal obligation — AML/KYC compliance. (4) Consent — where required by law for non-essential data.

Question 49

Does AEXI use cookies for tracking?

Accepted Answer

No. AEXI uses only essential cookies for session management and security verification. We do not use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies. Regular swap and exchange users are not affected by cookies at all.

Question 50

Is the Stablecoin Exchange anonymous?

Accepted Answer

Using the Stablecoin Exchange does not require an account and does not collect government-issued ID for most requests. For AML compliance each deposit is screened via amlbot.com, which processes the deposit wallet and amount, and certain technical data (IP, device, contact) per request. Because deposits flow on public blockchains and AML screening is mandatory, complete anonymity cannot be promised — see the AML/KYC Policy.

Question 51

What is AEXI non-custodial?

Accepted Answer

AEXI never holds, controls, or accesses your funds. Your digital assets remain in your wallet at all times. Connecting a wallet only lets the Platform read your public address and request transaction signatures. AEXI is not a custodian, broker, financial advisor, or exchange — it is a routing and aggregation tool.

Question 52

Can AEXI terminate my access?

Accepted Answer

Yes. AEXI reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at any time and for any reason, including violation of Terms or suspicious activity. Upon termination, surviving sections (disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, governing law) remain in effect.

Question 53

What are prohibited uses on AEXI?

Accepted Answer

Prohibited: money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, fraud, transacting with illegal funds, reverse-engineering or disrupting the Platform, DoS attacks, code injection, impersonation, automated scraping that degrades performance, and circumventing security measures or rate limits.

Question 54

What is AEXI liability limit?

Accepted Answer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AEXI and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages (lost profits, data, digital assets). Total aggregate liability is capped at the greater of fees paid in the past 12 months or $100.

Question 55

Does AEXI provide financial advice?

Accepted Answer

No. AEXI does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. Information on the Platform is for informational purposes only. Consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.

Question 56

Which jurisdiction governs AEXI?

Accepted Answer

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Disputes are submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cyprus, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Question 57

Does AEXI guarantee uptime?

Accepted Answer

No. AEXI strives for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, network issues, or circumstances beyond control. AEXI is not liable for downtime or service interruptions.

Question 58

What happens if AEXI terms change?

Accepted Answer

AEXI may update Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Platform.

Question 59

What is force majeure?

Accepted Answer

AEXI is not liable for failures or delays due to circumstances beyond reasonable control: natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, war, terrorism, labor disputes, power/internet/telecom failures, blockchain congestion, or third-party provider actions.

Question 60

How does Stablecoin Exchange refund work?

Accepted Answer

Wallets with AML risk score above 50% are rejected. Refunds are issued to the originating wallet, minus network fees. In 99% of cases the refund completes within 5 minutes after we get in touch with the client to confirm it; all refunds are finalized within 3 business days. No refund without wallet confirmation via the contact form. For sanctioned exchanges, video proof of account access and deposit screen is required.

Question 61

Can AEXI freeze my exchange?

Accepted Answer

No — we do not freeze your funds. If your wallet's AML risk score exceeds 50%, the exchange is rejected and a refund is issued to the originating wallet — in 99% of cases within 5 minutes after we get in touch with the client, and within 3 business days in any case. However, if we receive an official request regarding a specific transaction, we are obliged to provide the transaction data to the requesting authority.

Question 62

What cookies does AEXI use?

Accepted Answer

AEXI uses only two essential cookies: (1) Session cookie for session management — HTTP-only, secure. (2) Authentication cookie for confirming multi-factor authentication — HMAC-signed, temporary. Neither cookie is set for regular swap/exchange users.

Question 63

Does AEXI use tracking or advertising cookies?

Accepted Answer

No. AEXI does not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, analytics cookies, social media cookies, or fingerprinting. We do not sell or share cookie data with advertisers or data brokers.

Question 64

Does AEXI use local storage?

Accepted Answer

AEXI uses browser local storage for: wallet connection state (preferred wallet, connection status), UI preferences (theme, language), and recent swap pairs. All local storage data stays on your device and is never transmitted to AEXI servers.
